I specialize in working 1:1 with beginner yogis looking to learn the fundamentals of yoga & seasoned yogis looking to access inversions and arm balances. 

I offer guidance for motivated individuals looking to cross-train yoga with other fitness modalities like strength training, running, or surfing for weight loss, muscle recovery, enhanced performance, and stress management.

New Client Special ($75): 30-min Yoga Consult Call + 1-hour Private Yoga Session

All new clients must start with this initial consult. During your 30-minute consultation call, we will discuss your goals, current wellness routine, and previous or current injuries. We will also discuss your lifestyle (home & work life) which will help me evaluate how I can best & realistically serve you. 

During your initial in-person 1-hour consultation, I will guide you through a personalized yoga assessment based on our consult call to determine your current mobility, strength, & flexibility levels and to be sure we’re a good fit. If you have previous or current injuries, we will work together to manage those during our session. If you have stress management goals, we will explore different methods and techniques that you can apply to your wellness routine. We’ll finish the consultation with an in-depth, customized plan designed to keep you on track and help you reach your goals. 


Build your own 1:1 Session

For existing clients, a customized approach to help you reach your wellness goals. Combine different styles of yoga (vinyasa, power, sculpt, gentle), fitness modalities (strength training, running, HIIT, surfing, slackline), breathwork/meditation, mobility/flexibility, stretch/restore for the ultimate personalized transformation. This includes custom programming, a wellness audit, movement accountability, and nutrition tips.


Introduction to yoga asana

1:1 personalized sessions designed to give you a solid yoga foundation, prioritizing mindfulness, safety, alignment. After an initial discovery call, we will meet twice a week for the first six weeks, and continue from there once a week. After 12 sessions, you will gain familiarity & confidence approaching foundational yoga poses and understand how to customize your yoga practice to support your unique body at home or in group classes.


Yoga Strong for Inversions & Arm Balances

1:1 sessions with custom programming and progression to support your current experience with these yoga poses. We will focus on building foundational strength, proper technique, and confidence to safely approach inversions (headstand, forearm balance, handstand) and various arm balances (crow pose variations, flying splits, flying pigeon, 8 angle pose, flying grasshopper, etc).


Yoga to Relax & De-stress

One off, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly sessions for when your body needs some extra attention. Gentle, mindful movements & longer holds to release tension. Guided breathwork & meditation. Foam rolling and lacrosse ball work. Essential oils, stretch therapy, and massage.


Other Fitness Modality

One off, Weekly, Bi-weekly, or Monthly 1:1 sessions for other fitness modality including weight lifting, surfing, swimming, or slacklining. Designed to build foundational strength, confidence, & expertise in the chosen fitness modality. Come and learn some of my favorite ways to supplement the yoga practice!

How does this work?

  1. Reach out & share your goals! We’ll consult for a free 30-minute discovery call via Zoom or phone to discuss your goals, current wellness routine, lifestyle, and previous or current injuries.
  2. We’ll set up an initial 1-hour private yoga consult done in the comfort of your own home or chosen location. During this session we will assess your needs and what you’re looking for in a yoga/movement practice.
  3. We create a plan to meet once, twice or three times a week, specifically tailoring one of my offerings to your mind, body and wellness needs.

I offer 60-120 minute long private sessions. I will travel to homes in West LA/South Bay area:
